Prerequisites

Arma2 Combined Operations installed and patched to 1.05 (Steam should do this automatically)
Iron Front installed and patched to 1.05 (Steam should do this automatically)
Iron Front: D-Day 1944 DLC installed (Steam should do this automatically)

Setup process

Download the required mods

Download CBA_CO_v1.0.1pre2.zip and extract it to your Arma2 CO game folder

Convert games files to the mod version

Download IronFrontArmaConversion_2013_12_26.7z from the files section and extract it to your desktop
Read and acknowledge the IronFrontArmaConversion_Disclaimer.txt
Install the conversion tool
Run the tool, hit Create IF Arma button and wait for conversion to complete - this will take a while

Patch the mod

(patches in italics are not necessary, and may cause problems)

Download IronFront_Arma2CO_CommunityPatch_1.05-1.12.exe
Run the 1.12 full patch
Download IronFront_Arma2CO_CommunityPatch_1.12-1.13.exe
Run the 1.13 incremental patch
If you have the DLC also download IronFront_DLC_Arma2CO_CommunityPatch_1.00-1.07_Steam.exe (Steam)
Run the DLC 1.07 full patch
If you have the DLC also download IronFront_DLC_Arma2CO_CommunityPatch_1.07-1.08.exe
Run the DLC 1.08 incremental patch

Add SEOW-related extras

Download and extract Fixed mines.pbo (fixed by 4S) to @IF/addons folder
Download and extract Extra content to new @NewUnits&Weapons folder in Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead folder
Download and extract Editor Update to @IF_other_addons/addons folder
Download and extract Motorcycle content to @IF_other_addons/addons folder
Download and extract SEOW sounds to @SEOW/addons folder

Completed inventory

When finished your "Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead" folder should include the following (plus other things):

@CBA_CO folder
@corepatch_1_0_0_24 folder

- addons/lib_mines.pbo ("fixed by 4S" version, reduces error logging)
