SEOW has long ago made the ruling that it uses the eventlog as the sole authoritative record of the mission actions. This increases the registration delay for new members, but keeps me relatively sane.

Per, please make sure that you have the latest DCS before doing a clock advance. I have just corrected an error in the clock advance function.
