Official SEOW

CountZero has just contributed SEOW mapping support for the Truk sector. This is a 380 x 380 km map, and a very welcome addition. It will appear in the next SEOW release, along with support for in-mission signalling.

Thanks =VARP=Thor and PA-Dore for help in explaining me how all works and checking that all is ok with captured data.
I wanted to learn the whole proces of capturing new map for SEOW, and this one was still not in database, so it was nice to add and it could be interesting for PTO campaining.
