$RadarLocation = ??

Hi all!
My problem (easy, i hope)
My MP4 is in the distant web server (http://www.airzoneonline.fr/MP4public/S ... efault.php) and my file radar \ radarlogs is in my local PC (my Server -> local pc).
In MP-configuration $RadarLocation = ??\radar\radarlogs how indicated that the access to the repertoire radar\radarlogs is on my PC locally.
With my IP adress, but in which way?
because (example) "C:/Program Files/Ubisoft/HSFX4/Radar/RadarLogs/"; is only in localhost...
an idéa?
