Getting all planes into the resupply list

Post by Zoi »

I'm hosting a SCW campaign and the I-16 is not showing up in the Axis resupply list. How do I make it available?

Either uncheck the historical availability checkbox in the reinforcements tool, or change the Service_Date entry of your I-16 model in Object_Specifications to be before the date of your campaign.

And by the way, shouldn't it be on the Allied side?

Cheers,

Spain held a license to build the I-16 and some were also captured by the Nationalist. While the plane is within the dates set for the campaign I'm only able to supply it to the Allied side which may seem appropriate as it clearly was primarily delivered to the Republicans. The Nationalist received German aide but they also supplied their own air force with a variety of planes from other countries including Russian designs.

I found the answer here

but I'm still concerned that setting the object specification to n instead of r will cause unforseen issues.

The "n" thing has been widely used in many SEOW campaigns, without problem. It will, of course, guarantee that BOTH sides can use it in your campaign.
