Thor and Jimmi, my dear friends, seems you got me completely wrong. I am now for about 5 years in SEOW story, and I am very awared about Il2 and SEOW imperfections, and I used on them loooong ago. In this particular question - sorry for my expresion, but I don't give a damn about engineers, or HQ or...

Well, I didn`t say that you asked for this, Jimmi (or would ever ask, I know you virtualy for some time now) . But, maybe admin have some other perspective on this question. Lets just remind ourselves about Malta airstart question...- one question about this and PUFFFF airstart is forbiden :D Not to...

I think Jimmi and Count are completely right. I fully understand them since I had very similar problem with killing HQ column in Tobruk (I could see and kill only one truck, the rest of vehicles were evidently in buildings). My opinion is that it is highly unhistoric and unfair that those engineers ...

Yes, I understood your point, I just thought, maybe 4kmh isn`t too quick. Naval commander still have to go on surface for long range marching, in order to put his subs in ambush. But where I see problem is that if the commander, in one mission, see that the ambush will miss convoy route for more the...

I would have just a few more words about subs. I`m awared about issues that are connected with subs in SEOW, but my personal opinion is that the speed of 2kmh when submerged is rather too low. If I`m not completely wrong, average cruising submerged speed of subs was something about 4kmh. I think tha...

From experience of a frustrated naval commander and the many faults of ships I would suggest a rof of 2. Ships collide with each other, ships collide with sinking ships, ships shoot at each other frequently destroying cargo with cannon fire and ships can be very ineffective against air attack often...

OK, thanks, mate. Regarding collision. From my point of view its quite easy to differentiate this two cases. If the ships are in TF they can collide with each other only in case as written in my last post. Ships from two different TFs or single ships can collide only becouse of man`s error. The thin...

Few questions from me... 1) How the ships collision, after destroying one ship in TF, will be treated? The thing is, we know that the ships in IL2 are pretty stupid and if they are in coloumn and you destroy the first ship, every other will collide with it. In RL that scenario would be impossible, a...

On the topic of damage to the cargo, I made these changes to increase the hardness of the hull. MinShotCaliber 0.02 NumShots 1000 MinHitExplTNT 14 NumHitExpl 16 MinNearExplTNT 24 NumNearExpl 16 With these values in the ships.ini we need thousand 20mm cannon impacts. As to the bombs we need at lea...

NO!!! everyone is not happy...not happy at all. Please, gentlmen, please...patience is a virtue. We can`t make anywhere at this manner. Please, let the commanders and admin talk about it, I`m sure they can find some compromise. So, please, quit arguing and start talking. Please, Devill don`t quit on...

Here is another thought. Why do the same squads always fly on the same side (Axis/Allied) time after time? Why not mix up squads? Some of the GCT could be on the same side as some of the 102nd etc, etc. I know that there is a language barrier and that squads like to fly together but what I see is a...
