June 1942 Mission Host Connection Addresses

Post by IV/JG7_4Shades » Tue Jan 12, 2010 7:12 pm

Hi everyone,

I'd like Gross, Charlie, Tushka and Cmirko to post in this thread the Hyperlobby and direct IP addresses of the hosts used in the June 1942 campaign, plus the sectors that each will be used for. This thread will be a Sticky for all to see.

Cheers,
4Shades

The address of the 69.GIAP server is

seow.69giap.ch:21000

or

193.138.215.48:21000

Feel free to test your connection to this server at any time it has a dogfight map up (i.e. any time it is not in active use in an SEOW campaign). It generally is running HSFX4.2 beta, though the settings may differ slightly from those used in the multi-sector campaigns.

This server is used for the Kuban and Crimea Sectors of this multi-sector campaign.

The DB will be downloaded and the mission built about four hours before scheduled launch.

The server will be in game for lineup about a half hour before scheduled launch.

For the Kuban Sector now that we are on daylight savings time we line up at 2100 E/0100 Z for a 2130 E/0130 Z launch.

The allies use Ground Zero TS, 78.129.199.253:8124 password: blast.

Note that this campaign runs on Thursday night Amerikan time, but Friday morning Zulu time.

For the Crimea Sector now that we are on daylight savings time we line up at 2030 CET/1830 Z and for a 2100 CET/1900 Z launch.

The allies use 69.GIAP TS, 193.138.215.48:8767 password: giap.

[edited to add Crimea, add allied TS and update times]
[edited server game version to HSFX 4.2 beta]

Gross and Cmirko, what is the port for your TS servers?

Tushka, do you have a TS server?

Is this it perhaps?

Ground Zero TS comms:

Correct, Tanker. 69.GIAP has a TS server, of course, but we are not using it for the Kuban campaign so I didn't mention it. This thread is about the mission server, not TS servers. We are using the Ground Zero SEOW TS server for the allied side in the Kuban campaign. I have no idea what TS server the axis side is using.

You are correct of course. I just thought it would be handy to have it all in one place for reference.

Could this topic be updated with a clear list of what server hosts what? Also since we are hosting Crimea now the 69th GIAP should probably have the TS IP here.
