Therefore, I would put the naval rate of fire to the maximum and let people do whatever they wish to do. So, in my opinion, impose no rules and set ROF on at least 2, or if less must be used due to server load put all ships to ACE status.
That's what I like to hear. Allow everything, but make it hard as hell.

Can we check the axis submarine please.

I believe all axis submarines are now the 'SubTypeVIIC' either submerged or surfaced and should have speeds of 2km/h submerged and 18km/h surfaced respectively.

But the speeds in the technics file do not correspond nor do they correspond in the FMB

They are because the Shuka (initially intended to be used for the Italian subs) does not have a submerged object which gave probs in the missions.

I send a mail on this several weeks ago.

Yes I received that email.

But in game the surfaced Type VII sub is moving at 36km/h I guess this is a technics issue

In FMB testing both allied and axis subs run at higher speed than advertised.

For me in FMB, when you place a sub and assign waypoints the speed starts with 18km/h
You can increase it to a higher speed manually. This is as intended and SEOW, when creating the mission, will set the speed to 18 km/h max when surfaced and 4km/h when submerged (depending weather).

Hope this explains things.

In SEOW MP max speed i can seet for surficed sub is 14-18km/h and submerged 2km/h

In FMB you can seet what ever you wont in limits of game for that sub or ship, but as i understand this MP Naval stuff, and im new to this, if SEOW MP alowes me max speed for example 14,18 or 2Km/h then in mission he crates, this will be maximum speed for that submarine or ship. It should not mather that in FMB that ship can go faster when i can not set higher speed in MP for it.
