Hi!
Here are additional rules which I think are necessary:

1.)After little thinking, I decided that Blue will not collect point on Malta docks after they get destroyed once.
That means that if for example Blue ship or ground unit destroy enemy docks in one mission and the ship stay in the area in order to protect friendly forces and it continuously keep destroying one and the same docks over and over again,points will not be counted.Only one destruction by ship/ground forces.
Airplanes can do bombing until Blue capture docks,and those points will be calculated no matter how many times they do that.
Also,if Blue side capture Malta docks,Red side can bomb them and will get 3 VP for that also.
If red side comes with naval/ground power and destroy docks, rule of just one destruction also apply to them.

2.) Red HQ's which were used to transport ships to/from harbors will not be re-placed until Red side come close to the harbor with their ships.Reason for that is that that bunker object is also counted as enemy unit and the other side can get in the situation that they can not capture area because of it.Also it is useless to spend time attacking it just to be returned next mission.

3.)If the docks (13 of them) get captured more than 60% by Blue side, Red side loose ability to unload all ships last mission in the campaign. They will unload only amount of capacity of the docks still in their possession regardless of enemy units in proximity.In Tripoli, if Red side destroy more than 60% of the docks capacity,Blue side lose ability to unload all fuel ships in the last mission of the campaign and will unload only capacity they have left.

4.)From mission 14,Red side will be allowed to buy 30 aircraft for 5VP. They can not be more than 15 of the same type,but they can all be fighters. Example, 15 Spit Vb,13 Spit Vc2,2 Hurricane is allowed! They will airstart close to bomber airstart and will have 100% fuel,with default loadout. Heavy fighter like Beaufighter bought for VPs can not carry bombs. There is no loadout limitations for ordered heavy bombers.
