Yes JiPi, remember that the mission length is 100 minutes, but planning is only allowed within 90 minutes.

I reported here a red side HQ message:

This pilot needed 4 to 6 minutes more to land at Abganerovo = 12:40

In the blue side we try to respect the rule (90mn landed).
In 2 missions, 2 of our pilots were RTB late 2 ou 3 mn (They were RTB at 90mn not in fight)
In this 11:00 mission, 6 Ju-88 attacked at 12:15 to have enough time to land before 12:30. If we could fly only 5 mn more, the result of this mission would be completly different.

In this mission the red pilots were instructed to land on the airfield north of Oktabirsky because the red commander thought it would have been captured and in red possession at the end of mission analysis.

He was wrong as it turns out, but the intent was not to exploit anything, the intent was to land at a friendly airfield.

But if you think this should be forbidden, we can put in a new rule saying that ground attacks are not allowed after 1 hour in the mission for both sides.

1h is plenty of time for any plane to reach any target anywhere on the map, and this would prevent incidents like tonight and similar from occurring.

What do you think?

Since I'm pilot in question, please let me explain myself...

After the sortie I was supposed to land at Oktyabrskiy airfield but at the minute my pair arrived at the area hostile contacts also arrived. We were engaged with several bombers and two escort fighters. Fight lasted some time and when dust cleared I went for landing, only to realize that landing strip was full of enemy armored vehicles. I did a quick survey of the area, the only thing I was able to recognize as enemy were Marders, fired my last couple of rounds into one of them and went for landing, on the closest friendly occupied airfield.

Dore, please accept my apologies. Any miss-actions I made weren't deliberate and calculated. I would never cheat, exploit game or given limitations. All my squad mates and myself have complete respect for all pilots flying on the blue side, as we found them very disciplined and skilful pilots and tough adversaries.
S!
All the best!

No problem with you Shtele, only with the initial rules ^^
