Hi all,

Some general info about the upcoming campaign to wet your appetite, hopefully

Unfortunately the quality of the pictures is not always very good but all jpg and the draft rules should be available within each community. Check on your local forums or teamspeak or with your CO's.

You can check the SEOW campaign settings for both sectors here: http://81.82.196.194/seow/mp4public/Scripts/default.php
All units have been removed so there is nothing that could give either side an advantage.
Use Alliedranks or Axisranks with password london & berlin.
Things that need to be done:
1. NW_Africa determine port capacity
2. NE_Africa update fuel on airfields. (increase)

The rules set is now final use the link above.
The below clarifications have been added to the final ruleset and are in RED in the document. The other changes from the Draft proposal are in BOLD.

1. MALTA ferrying NEW:
a. Fighters which are transferred to Malta in this way MUST fly in a direct route to Malta and are not allowed to perform any other mission on route to Malta. Standard penalty applies if this rule is violated. In addition, once violated, the fighters will start the mission with empty loadouts.

b. No British air units are allowed to fly over Vichy held territory. Historically, the French even went so far as to intercept and attack British planes if they came too close to the coast
.

NW Africa, special case: Hurribomber IIB & IIC - CLARIFICATION
a. The correct variants would have been the NONE bomber versions. However, these have no drop tanks available in the game and I felt it was necessary to give the Allies drop tank capability considering the mission duration.
b. Only 2x44Gallons drop tanks are available.
c. Should this ability be abused to gain an unhistorical advantage this capacity will be removed. For example, using hurricanes to escort bombers on attacks of Sicily is considered unhistorical.
d. British single engine non-carrier equipped (no hook) fighters should not cross the coast of Sicily or North Africa even should fuel permit.
e. Note: During phase 1 and phase 2, the Allies simply did not have this capability and were fighting for their lives at Malta. Let's focus on historical capabilities and keep things fair.

NAVAL - CLARIFICATION:
a. Ships are not allowed to bombard the coast. All combat ships must stay at least 20km or more from an enemy controlled coast. (ship ranges will be reduced in the technics to fit this restriction see appendix for ranges).
b. Ships are allowed to move closer than 20km to a friendly controlled coast. However, they must be moved away from the coast should their guns come within range of enemy units.
c. Should friendly ships, by being closer than 20km, fire and destroy enemy units, they will be subject to the penalty as described below. I.e., they will be sunk. There are no excuses for violating this rule!

NAVAL - NEW RULE:
6. Only the Allies have Carriers.
a. Generally, apart from the overall naval limitations and ferrying planes there are NO restrictions on carrier operations.
b. This includes moving close to the Axis coast and launching carrier planes to attack enemy targets anywhere on the map. However, no combat ship is allowed to move closer than 20km from an enemy controlled coast.
c. Please note, ferried planes CANNOT participate in such an attack!

BONE - GIBRALTAR - NEW RULE
Bone represents Gibraltar in the campaign.
It has an unlimited port capacity.
The Axis are not allowed to attack Bone in any way.
Axis planes must stay at least 50km to the East of Bone.
