Test missions.

Post by Ala13_Florete » Sat Aug 03, 2013 5:19 am

Hi all!

In the Ala_13, we usually launch, test missions before starting a SEOW.

So far we have released two of them, and for the third we would like to involve the other squads.

In this third mission we test, Italian planeset, British torpedoes, some of the Russian bombers, and if possible the toughness of the freighters.

We use the actual campaign map, so you will have to download and add the map folder to your main folder JSGMEMODS.

This is the link:

http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/t ... 418.0.html

I think the best date for this third mission may be on Thursday, August 22, but we can change the date to meet many participants.

You can sign up at your favorite place, by editing this document, try to fill complete flights for the same squad for better coordination between pilots. And please do not edit the rest of the document.

Again, nice initiative!
Perhaps it would be better to schedule this mission early September for best attendance.

Also, I'll give you a list of the freighters in use, so we'll actually test the right ones

By then, the technics should also be available and we should take care to configure the correct AA values for the ships.

Cheers,
Petr

Hi Florete,

The IAF will be interested to join this one.

I imagine we will be around 12 pilots. Will start to enter names on the doc.

Also - would it be possible to start the mission earlier? 22:30 CET is a bit late for us.

Thanks and S!

How about a compromise: 22h start of mission, no delays for anyone?
This is basically what I want to do if all community leaders support it.

The time should not be a problem, we can start the mission at ten.

Can we have some indication of who will attend?
That's always useful for the organizers to know

Hello mates, our fellow Biker has made the first version of the modpack that surely we use during the campaign. It would be interesting to take this first test to start testing mods pack also.

Please remember to sign up at GoogleDrive document. For us it is the only way to know how many pilots we have in this mission and therefore the only tool we have to modify the mission depending on the number of pilots.

Again I leave the link to the document:

Brief 3º Cooperativa/Test SEOW Norte África 2013

The mission itself will be very simple, we really want to evaluate some of the models so do not expect too complicated orders.

Installation mode:

To simplify Mods activating basis have used ExpertMode folder and modifications added to this.

1º Run JSGME mods manager of your installation HSFX_6

2º Remove all mods from the list

3º Unzip the contents of the rar or zip (MTO SEOWPack v1.0). Once unzipped, you find a folder "MTO SEOWPack v1.0"

4º Copy the folder "MTO SEOWPack v1.0" you unzipped to the folder "jsgmemods" the installation of IL2 HSFX6.

My path is: C: \ Program Files \ Ubisoft \ IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 HSFX6 \ jsgmemods

5º Run JSGME again the installation of IL2 HSFX6.

6º Put the mods in the following order (IMPORTANT!!):

Activation Order:

Histroy HSFX Mod
MTO SEOWPack v1.0

Link SEOWPack MTO v1.0

Sure Astrore. I leave written the server IP and password in the GoogleDrive document.

We have about thirty pilots registered in the document. In August it is normal not to get to eighty necessary. What really matters is that human pilots are flying the aircraft. I think I will reduce the number of flights to about 40, so we can all fight against other human drivers, and comment about the characteristics of the aircraft.

Tonight I'll get to work and I will change GoogleDrive document. I'll try to keep your preferences but if you do not like change and see other site that interests you, you are free to make a change.
