The IAF would like to switch to HSFXv7 as soon as possible.

That is possible only once 4Shades has adapted the seow system to the new game version. (new data, new code)

We will need to wait for SEOWv7 to match.

In addition, there is a ground war in NE and the effects are very difficult to predict. Testing would be wise.

I still believe switching would be done best after phase 1 and before phase 2.
