CAMPAIGN PENALTY LOG

Hi all,
The least pleasent of all admin duties, arbitrating between penalty claims.
The standard penalty is:
4x best planes to opponent.
4x best tank to opponent.
Both times the commander receiving the planes and tanks has choice of what to receive.
In case of NW, the planes can start in Malta or resupply point.
In all other cases, planes start in a resupply point, commander choice.
Tanks start with the army HQ OR further back to the rear (supply line).
This can be discussed.
Mission 5:
NE: Standard penalty applied to Allied for coords redeployment of more than 60km of the 2 allied subs at Benghazi. Initiated by admin. Thanks to Mornar for his very contructive attitude and cooperation.
NW: Standard penalty applied to Axis for having 4x Ju88C6 nightfighters as AI. Upon request of Classic. thanks to Cipson for his very constructive attitude and cooperation.
