Meeting minutes 09/12.
Present: StG77_CountZero, Llv34_Untamo, Cipson, EAF51_Jimmi, 150GCT_Pag, 150GCT_Fotovis, 102nd-YU-Uross, 102nd-YU-Devill, EAF19_Classic

Hi all,

Yesterdays meeting had 2 main topics:
1. How to handle next night missions in NW & NE.
2. How to deal with the Tubruck situation.

NIGHT MISSIONS: The vote was unanimous for all Axis and Allied sides.
NW:
1. Only ships movement and transfer/supply flights are allowed.
2. This includes up to 12AI planes from bomber resupply for the Allies.
3. The mission will not be flown by humans.
4. The mission will be executed on Sunday.
5. The next mission will be as normal the following Thursday.
6. No bombing or offensive missions of any kind are allowed.
7. Dock repair/upgrade for both sides is not allowed during the night missions.
8. Loading/unloading can be done as per rules.

NE:
1. Movement is allowed for:
a. Ships.
b. Supply/transfer fights from airbase to airbase only. Both sides can plan to the maximum allowed number of planes (ideal for top-ups and moving planes to closer/further bases)
c. Ground units can move but are not allowed to initiate ground combat. This is ideal for resupply operations, major transfer of units etc...
d. No combat missions can be executed (this includes any mission behind enemy lines as for example spy drops).
2. The mission will not be flown by humans.
3. The mission will be executed on Friday.
4. The next mission will be as normal the following Tuesday.
5. No bombing or offensive missions of any kind are allowed.
6. Dock repair/upgrade for both sides is not allowed during the night missions.
7. Loading/unloading can be done as per rules.
8. NO BARRAGES are allowed.

TUBRUCK SITUATION: The ruling as made on the Allied forums only is accepted by both NE sides.
1. We ignore the rule that only inshore ships are allowed to enter Tubruck harbour under the current circumstances.
2. The ruling made before mission 8 that docks can only be used for the unload/loading capacity if no enemy units is closer than 1.5km is implemented.
3. This means that only 2 docks, for a total loading/unloading capacity of 120Tons per mission, can be used this mission by the Allies and must be unloaded in 1 of the designated area's. The load cannot be split across the 2 indicated area's. Allied choice which area to use.
4. Depending on the result of mission 9, the Allied port capacity may increase or decrease depending on the location of enemy units as per point 2 above.

Cheers,
Petr
