Korosten continues with SEOW v7

The SEOW HQ Mission Planner is now at v7 and the Korosten database has also been updated to SEDB70 compliance.
However, we will still continue using HSFX6 for mission hosting etc, as the Korosten mod has a customized technics file that would be difficult to get into HSFX7 without a lot of fiddling.
So don't delete your HSFX6 installations!
