Correction of Carried Supply Settings

Hey All,
After monitoring the campaign to date I have realized that the effective movement of units and use of supply was insufficient in the campaign design. In addition , my distribution of a coherent transport weight to available transport was set either at impossible weights and capacities , or incomplete.
I have corrected the transportable weights of infantry , engineers (not vehicles) , MGs , infantry anti-tank units , and Mortars to have a more functional relationship.
In addition , I have adjusted the resupply/freight radius from 1 km to 3 km.
