TEMPLATES?

There is some confusion, at least in the 69 GIAP, as to the status of the templates for the Crimea and possibly the Kuban. We had volunteered elsewhere to build them but we haven't seen or heard of an order of battle or starting lines. Am I just looking in all the wrong places? We can do the deed but we need to know what limits there are.

As I understand it, the templates are being completed right now. So 69GIAP can relax!
