The SEDCS is an open source Windows app that supports strategic and tactical World War 2 campaigning within the SEOW system.
SEDCS is written in VB.NET and interoperates with the SEOW database (MySQL) and the SEOW Mission Planner (PHP). SEOW acts as an add-on for third-party sims (IL2 1946/HSFX and ArmA2/Iron Front). For more details visit SEOW HQ.
