| SEDCS is the tool for administering and running SEOW campaigns. The following prerequisites are required to execute the SEDCS app on Windows: |
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.1 (x86 and x64) (here)
- MySQL Connector/NET 8.3.0 (x86, 32bit installer) (here)

| Once these components are installed and SEDCS is installed and running, to conduct SEOW campaigns you will need to connect to a MySQL server that has an SEOW SEDB75 (or later) database loaded. You can download SEDB databases from here. You will also need the SEOW Mission Planner (MP) hosted on a web server and connected to the MySQL server. Contact the SEOW Development Team for set up details. |
