There is only one issue that gives your 2 errors.

I guess several database's tables are corrupted:
Airforce_Units?
Unit_Name_Mapping?
ObjMissionData?

You have to reload a right database and reinitialize your campaign...

It could be a useful tool e.g. in the Campaign Manage page. Change runway direction is also useful when heavy loaded AI have difficulty for take off. Perhaps this needs to reverse also take-off and landing points in the Airbase_Layouts table?

hi Emile, You can use as you want stationary or moving units in the template. For armor, I prefer 2 or 3 or 4 mobile units because stationary ones are only set as 1. About your error, pay attention that actual SEOW is a HSFX5.01 release, and I guess that you use now HSFX6, so, armors, vehicles, infa...
