An easy way is to remove them. Just modify the "Map" field with other name. Another way is to turn the "Controlled" field to "n", but you have to do it after each mission (SEOW automatically checks the side control after each analyse)

For 2. we did that for Supercharge Campaign, a php file posted in each private campaign forum. Datas are requested in real time from the campaign database.

You need to active Temporary Airbases to see all airbases. I set all grass airfields as Temporary airbases (layout#=1500 to 1507). Set temporary airbases (T) layouts to 553 for normal airbases.
Permanent airbases have specific layouts# from 530 to 561
