Yes Alo, you can do it at any moment. As admin, you can remove existing reinforcements in old supply points, put them in new ones using MP and then clear old supply points in database.

Shades built a few monthes ago the "Roster Pilot Tool". It's a easy way for a good communication between commanders and pilots.

Shades has built a nice tool for this: Connect as admin, left-clic on the unit, then right-click on it and you can modify the location (and bearing).

For "Special Actions" (A,S,P,R) use only ONE airplane. Take off and landing at the same airfield if it is a partial flight. So, in template, it's better to have flight of 1 x C47, 1 x Ju52, 1 x Bf109G8reco ....
