JG1 is creating a nuetral war as we speak. Its called Axis and Allies...I will post mor on this after the first of the year!

Can you place Ground Resupply points at factory complexes as nuetral, then have them be captured by either red or blue. Then can I build something at said factory complex and bring it into the game at said created Ground Supply point?
