Problems with latest PHP and Apache

Guys, I found out this weekend that the latest PHP 5.2.2 and Apache 2.2.x seem not to like MP4. Maybe I was a little slapdash in my tests, but I did have success with Apache 2.0.x and PHP4. So, be careful with Apache 2.2.x and recent PHP5.2 versions - it may not work. As always, I found that setting...

Hi VUK,

MP works fine in Firefox as long as you have the IE tab tool installed. In fact, I almost exclusively use Firefox now. I have no plans to support Opera.

Every airbase in SEOW has its own "normal" takeoff vector specified by the Landing and Takeoff coordinates in the Airbases table of the DB. Usually, we try to have aircraft landing from the west and taking off to the east, but of course not all airbases are aligned that way so there are va...

Well, it seems to have had the desired effect. Usually I get about 3-5 spam accounts per day. Since putting VIP code into the registration form, I have no spams. I just hope that it isn't preventing valid registrations...

Gee, I don't know! For aircraft supply points, the Z value gives the default minimum spawn altitude in metres. So on the eastern edge of Kuban, for example, you need 4000 m to avoid the mountains! For ground units ... (reading source code) ... it seems as if all units are given a northward facing. B...

Hi Blaireau, I think I understand what you have done, but in case I haven't I will explain the general steps to install SEOW with MySQL completely on a single machine . SEDCS (1) Install MyODBC_v3.51.12. (2) Install .NET Framework 2.0 (3) Install SEDCS. Do not use it yet. SEDB (4) Install MySQL v5.x...

VIP Code

Due to the ever increasing volume of fake registrations on this forum, I have taken extra steps to make it hard for these registrations to occur. All registrations will henceforth require a VIP code to be entered. Here it is: 1939 Please feel free to send expressions of dismay to your friendly local...

Welcome Blaireau! Hmm, it is hard to debug because I don't know the login passwords at your site. Please PM me with your Database Configuration password (and the URL for MP-Admin.php) and a normal commander login. I need to see the broken pages to help you. Rest assured, if you have PHP working corr...

Hi Loon,

Yes, as it stands, a single kill on any vehicle in a column will destroy the entire column. I am working on this.

Hi Nachote, We are presently using the (free) VisualStudio 2005 Express as the IDE for SEDCS3.x. Unfortunately this IDE does not create 64-bit executables, so current releases of SEDCS will only be available in 32-bit format. If someone has a full version of VisualStudio 2005, then they should be ab...
