I found a less tech sav-vy way to sync remote servers http://allwaysync.com/ Limited to once per minute but does come in an 64bit variety Deleting local copy deletes remote so that is nice. Found the interface confusing but got it going in an hour I had a few problems with file permissions being set...

Possible things not to do :D Through trial and error I have discovered that checking the boxes that say Database Drop and Create may cause your backups to be incompatible between servers. I also discovered that not checking the Tables Drop box when checking the Create inserts will cause exports to f...

I have just discover that simply opening a mission file in the FMB will automatically remove ships that have waypoints plotted through objects. Be very careful using the FMB I'm not sure what other automatic changes may be taking place.

It seems to be related to the formation of task forces. My next build with task forces for infantry resulted in no errors.

CV-6 Action Reports and Logs

Deck logs, war diaries and action reports are highly detailed accounts of a ship's operations, created either "as it happened" in the case of deck logs, or shortly afterwards (war diaries and action reports). The following transcriptions are provided for general interest and as research a...

Battle for Henderson Field October 23-26, 1942

I'm in the process of researching for a campaign to take place on the 24th of October 1942. Below is the information I have so far. As you can see there are still lots of blank spots you can fill in. I'm especially interested in the number of U.S. artillery present. Historical Order of Battle Battle...

I made a post at SAS

http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/t ... 786.0.html

hoping that someone in the MOD community would take this up. Perhaps if more people would reply in this thread some one would decide to work on it. If a MOD gets developed then including it in HSFX should be possible.

Slot Maps ok for HSFX?

I was looking at the list of maps in the MP and noticed the Solomons maps are listed as 4.10 compatible. Has anyone tested these maps in HSFX as far as I can tell they work ok?

I'm starting to plan a new campaign and considering if I should wait until the updated HSFX is available. What are the rest of you thinking?
