Re: Reliability Factor Effects on Ships ?
Is there a way to influence these characteristics to represent , for instance , a ship that is under repair , or partially constructed in a campaign context (hopefully by manipulating the SEDB Data , rather than adding additional code) ? IE can I manually adjust these values in the database ? Kopfdo...

Radar Configurable by Campaign Designer ???
I am wondering whether this is possible. Clearly SEOW Radar operates independently from any IL2 game properties. Yet I am unable to find any empirical properties related to it within the SEDB. First. Am I correct that the SEOW Radar properties are not included within the modifiable SEDB ? Second. Wo...

Re: Exploring the Uses for Factory Plates
Hmmm. My problem is that I am looking for visual reference for damage having been caused in game. Factory -wise I see that this would work fine for a factory "building". I am looking to have visual reference for damage to the Chain Home radar chain for a BoB scenario. The problem is that t...

Exploring the Uses for Factory Plates
Hey Guys, I am wondering whether I can utilize Factory plates simply as a means to record the effect of bombing attacks , even though my campaign will not have production enabled. How does SEOW track bomb hits on Factory Plates ? Where is this information stored ? My idea is to utilize Factory plate...

Re: Possible bug with SubtypeVIIC_SrfwithBeacon
In terms of historical replication , WW2 era radio beacons could not transmit while submerged , as far as I know - not too far - so theoretically , the periscope level representation could simply be a standard Type VIIC U-boat. In SEOW terms of the fully submerged vessel , as I understand how you wr...

Speed Values inthe SEDB
I am wanting to configure some Ship Speeds in the SEDB. I forget the value the numbers represent. They are very high , for instance 38000. Is this Metres per Hour , perhaps. Sorry for asking such a basic question. Couldn't find the answer in the wiki , and the search function here did not come up wi...
