Are these totaly random as i can not recall a setting for it?
If flying in Italy, during July, should I expect good weather all the time?

Hi Frior,
SEOW generates its own pseudo-random weather, based on climatic parameters that are held in the database table "Sector_Climate". That table consists of a set of daily rainfall probabilities, thunderstorm probabilities, visibility parameters and forecasting accuracies for each sector. It is possible for admins to tweak these settings to suit their campaign scenario. For example, the Summer daily rainfall probability for Italy is 0.2, i.e. roughly 2 out of ten summer days in Italy have a rainfall event.
The default values tend to yield afternoon storms in the tropics, long periods of poor visibility in continental winters, bright skies in the Mediterranean, etc.
Cheers,
