Under Campaign Modes I find the Truncate Sea Mission Duration (Carrier Ops).

Hi Starfire,
From the SEOW Wiki:
So the "Truncate Sea Missions" option tells SEOW to throw away unspent movement at the end of each mission, allowing you to plan ship movement for the next mission anew.

From the SEOW Wiki:
Basically, when you are running carrier operations, it is best to have the carrier moving at the beginning and end of each mission, since it is easiest to take off and land with a moving carrier. However, normally, SEOW will carry over unspent movement from mission to mission, so if you fly a 1 hour mission with the carrier having 65 minutes of planned movement, then the in the next mission the carrier will move for 5 minutes then stop. That's bad at landing time.Truncate Sea Mission Duration: If enabled, all ships will cease any planned movements at the end of each mission.
