Ambulance / Rescue Aircraft

I'm in the middle of finalising a convoy campaign / template (series of three linked templates) and am contemplating the use of particular transport aircraft with distinctive red cross markings. Presently when a pilot bails out, there's a particular probability that he will be captured or rescued / escaped. If captured, the electrodes come out and interogation takes place, as indicated by the yielded indicator. Would it be possible to put in a rescue flight, where for each plotted cargo box drop (5 in a Ju52) in a particular map grid (or radius) all downed pilots in those areas are rescued or captured by that nations particular rescue / ambulance aircraft? Additionally, is it possible to reverse the point values for any nominated aircraft, so that negative scores are given to shooting down such aircraft?
