Some pilots bail out when mission start! How to fix this?!

They are probably recording tracks, which is not allowed in SEOW missions hosted using HSFX. Only the host can record tracks.

Yep i know this function but all pilots no start the record. Only join in the plane and automatic bail out.

No I can't think of anything else. Remember, these kinds of events are related to the game version, e.g. HSFX or IL-2. SEOW does not control what happens to pilots in-game.
