i would like to predefine the weather of my next SEOW campaign. But I don't understand if the value of the field "Actual_WindDirection" in the table Sector_Weather means the direction from which the wind comes or where it goes. Now this is quite important especially when the campaign includes aircraft carriers

The SEOW convention is that the orange arrow points into the wind. Equivalently, a wind direction of 270 ° means that the wind is blowing from the west to the east.
