For some different reasons, sometimes resupply point must be moved to a different one, but this just can be made by campaign admin. Would be nice if the commander can open a list where to select resupply points. Maybe a max of three ground resupply points, of course at the edge of the map and on a road or railway. I think they are set by admins at the campaign start, but strategically reasons usually force to move them.
Some rules can be set in the way you can't swap a resupply point from one hour to the next cos it doesn't look real, but having the chance of change it should look.
