Problem with Inicialize Campaign

I have fallowing problem. When I make database settings and then press the button Make Databese Connection all is right!
But when i try make a Inicialize Campaign SOEW open empty misson folder on my disk! No database where is all misson file!
Can you help me? Pls!

Hi ivanivanovic,
Welcome aboard. Maybe you are misunderstanding how to use the DCS. You can only start a new campaign if you have a "campaign template" file. You can download a template file here
http://seow.sourceforge.net/templates.html. Choose a simple one like "Tunis Beginner".
Of course, you can make your own templates to suit your tastes, but it is easiest to see how they are made by using someone else's! Download the template and unzip it somewhere convenient. When you "Initialize Campaign", navigate to the corresponding .mis file. You will then be asked to select the starting date for your campaign. Your campaign is started!
