Sorry, maybe you just discussed about this basic feature...
May one replace some planes on another airbase without editing the dbase? ( - simply landing on the desired base?)
Gaining ground during the campaign, it could be usefull moving the air force towards a better position.
Only I noticed that reinforcements can be dropped choosing the destination by the base list in MP. What about units born at the campaign inizialization time?

Its been a while and the memory is a bit hazy but I believe all you need to do is waypoint flights to take off from one base and land at the other (I'm pretty sure the warning pops up in the MP tool tip advising that you've created a transfer flight). That way as you capture bases you can simply task flights to fly a mission and then land at the new base. The same goes if your retreating or the base is under threat of capture...........
