A campaign where the supply feature is disabled. Factories produce air and ground units. Planes seems to fly to the designated airbase and ground units are deployed in the designated resupply point (note that this point is near the factory that produce the unit) but the text box says NO FUEL. Well, thinking the fuel feature wasn't activated, those units receive orders to move. They didn't.

After talking to British Petroleum and Texas Co. about installing a gas station near the factories and receiving a negatory answer, whan can we do now?

OK, problem fixed.

We changed all the motorized units to Bicycle platoons.

Now seriously, is this a bug or the supply feature must be enabled to fill the new units fuel tank?

Yes, it is a bug. Land/sea reinforcements arrive with empty tanks. Patch due shortly.
