Sometimes it is not usable for some rerasons and I would like to use it for some personal mission projects. Is it possible to get a hand on the .exe or whatever it is??

The Merger tool is a pure PHP script. The source code is in the MP Merger folder. Older versions were broken for carrier operations and V1 rockets. Make sure you are using the Merger tool from the latest MP release. It should work on any PHP-enabled web server. I think the only major issue would be the writeability of the New Mission subfolder (or whatever it is called).
