Turncated Naval and Ground Missions. . .

Heya Folks, Darkcrest of the VBF-12 here again with another issue. . . LOL
Here is the situation:
On the DCS, when intializng capmaigns, there is the option to Turncate Naval and Ground forces. Which, as I understand it, Naval and Ground movement will take place should a clock advance go on, and if they have been assigned to move in the first place.
Last night we ran a 1 hour long mission. I let the mission run the entire 1 hour, even a little over, just to be sure. In the game the Naval and ground forces moved. However, on the mission Planner, I get X number of missions planned for the next hour and the units are STILL in the same spot they started in.
So, somewhere I have messed up, and not selected something or done something else wrong. What am I missing?
