including zoom in maps in SEOW existing maps

Hi guys,

I was dreaming way with possible scneario's for SEOW and when I looked at the Kursk map it has a zoom in of the area which is very handy when plotting ground moves. What would be required to include this in other SEOW maps?

Is there documentation on how to do this? If it's not to difficult I'd be willing to put in the effort.
