help for making template

I have done some templates for SEOW. I allways spen't many hours for adding airplanes to them fields and selecting squat names for them.
Now i have made ecalc table for copy paste system for that.
Now i'm building new campaing for English channel map and i did place 300 planes in 3 planes groups in 45 minutes.
I think thats quite fast.

If some one wants and know how to code this system in MP or seperate program even whit AAA options for Airfields slots i would help every way i can...
