Control Points - Template Required?

Ok, so I downloaded a template "StarofAfrika" and in the instructions, it states that I need to place control points at specific grid coordinates. Will somebody please explain how I do this?

Do I do this through MP, FMB, MYSQL?

Control Points.
I am using these in the victory conditions. It also provides supplementary detail on ground forces in the area. Please place control points and names in the centre of the following towns and airfields.

Red:
E5 box1: Gazala
D3 box3: Sidi Mufta
E5 box3: Eluet et Tamar
G6 box3: Acroma
E3 box3: Bir Harmat Airfield
F3 box1: Hagia es Sidra
G4 box2: Bir Lefa
H4 box2: El Adem
H4 box1: Knightsbridge Airfield

Blue:
B2 box2: Rotunda Segnali
B5 box1: Derna Airfield
