Ships don't move in the SEMP

Post by EAF331_Starfire »

For three full days I have tried to trouble shoot why my ships movement are not registred in the MP.
I have used Static cameras and personally flown over them in IL-2 and they move.
But when I look in the MP afterwards they are not registred as moved.

I have tried initializing and analysing with both DCS3.2.8 and 3.2.11. In both instances I used SEDB32E.mdb modified for DCS 3.2.11.
(SEMP version 4.610a)
Any idears?

EDIT:
The db table 'Waypoints' still have all the testships waypoints afterwards and the reached coloum still have a '0' in all waypoints.

So am I.
I was actually quite glad for finding the issue, since we where supposed to start the campaign monday (yesterday). Better postponing before start, than in the middle of the campaign.

I wonder if I somehow can have damaged the database during all my editing. During my editing I had to move air units to be available for the Mediterranean campaign.

 If I get timer later today, I will prepare a clean sedb and add flags.
I will get to you when it's done

How about this: do you have Fog Of War enabled? If so, turn it off. FOW is an advanced option that almost no-one has ever used, and it has not been seriously debugged in over 4 years.

I do not recommend ANYONE to use it, even me. :)

Your are my man :D
I don't know how you do it or how you get those idears but you where spot on.
As soon as I saw your suggestion I initiated the template without the "Fog of war" and ran a mission with just one ship sailing. I was a great succes :D

Tomorrow I will run another test with a lot of ships but should not make any difference.
I think I am ready to tell my pilots that we have a campaign 8)

I still get some analyzing errors. Are the errors below something I can run with or do I need to take corrective action or can I ignore it :?:

That is an ugly SQL coding bug in your version of DCS. Is that v3.2.11?

Copy! The template where initialized with 3.2.11.

Should I use 3.28 instead?
