BUG-Updating a running Campaign to SEDB33A

I updated JG54s´ MP4public to v4.756 and followed step by step Hawk_5s´ "Updating current campaigns in progress to the new release version - HOWTO" SEDB33A found here:

When logging into the France Sector with the updated DB, I cannot load the different Districts, Airfields or Cities.
I however can load them when loading the default DB for the France sector.
Which table in the DB would I have to check?
