Jagd, Staffle and Schw coloures and numbers.

Question i got from one of the planners and i do not know the answer

anyone knows how that works?When I assign aircraft to various flights in the brief I always state the Gruppe, Jagd, Staffle and Schw coloures and numbers.
What I have been told is that the Staffle numbers should relate to a colour IE: White = Staffle1 Black = Staffle2 Yellow = Staffle 3
Blue = Staffle 4.
Also Schw 1 will be aircraft numbers 1,2,3,4. Schw 2 will be 5,6,7,8. ETC
So using that method "St 2 Schw 2" should be Black 5,6,7,8.
What we are seeing on the "pick your aircraft" sceen in game at the start of the SEOW is that St 2 Schw 2 is listed as Red 5,6,7,8.
St 3 Schw 1 should be Yellow 1,2,3,4. but is listed as Brown 1,2,3,4. ??
It is the Staffle coloures that seem to be different and this can cause confusion if we have many Bf109F4s all with 100% fuel and default loadout so they all look the same on the in game list.
Any idea how that works M8 ?
