Daylight Savings Time

Hi guys

Did Europes clocks go forward an hour for DST?

In the UK we switched from GMT to BST (GMT+1) on sunday.

I am looking for clarification of the mission start time tonight please.

@Apollo Click the start button, type in the search box UAC and hit enter You should then be presented with a 'User Account Control Settings' window with a slider I set mine to the lowest level. I also run IL2.exe as administrator. You can tweak around and test just by launching the game after you mo...

This goes back to what I was saying about UAC and installing into program files. Apollo try the other suggestion of copying the file to desktop then delete it from program files, edit the desktop version and then put it back in place. Personally I never allow any program or game to install into prog...

An easy mistake to make, and one which I would hope that in this community especially would be understood and forgiven. However what I saw in the mission tonight on the chat bar was ugly, it was like being in an arcade free for all dogfight server. Calling someone a noob on an open chat bar to all p...

If UAC is enabled it wont allow changes to files installed into certain folders, ie. if IL2 has been installed into the default directory of program files I believe that folder is protected by UAC and changes to the conf.ini are blocked, the folder will also have its p...

This is really not good news for the EAF, we fly on mondays in force and on thursday just a few pilots.

What has caused the postponement of the mission?

We experienced similar troubles during the J42_Midway/Crimea (see the forums below). By the internal DSC log I found the disconnected people stopped to send their data to the server. During Midway it seemed related to a naval task force turning. During Crimea to a concentration of players/objects f...

I think this problem was perhaps server side, all of the effected pilots have been stable throughout the campaign but clearly an even occurred probably on the server that made a lot of people get disconnected at the same time. These pilots and their gunners, should have their stats corrected and a/c...

I can understand why we have aircraft crashes causing damage to CVs, I guess primarily it gives some credance to kamikaze attacks but at the same time I think it is way way over the top. What follows is just my personal opinion on the matter without causing offence to anyone I hope. You cannot compa...
