New SEOW feature

You may notice when you are planning a new mission that some selections are highlighted in red. That is a feature implemented by 4Shades to indicate that those units have already been planned previously, perhaps by another planner. Very helpful when multiple planners are involved, especially when looking for escorts. Thanks 4Shades!
