Mission Schedule

This campaign will be reasonably demanding on commanders who are dispersed all around the world, therefore we need to set a comfortable schedule for planning and hosting missions.
In the interests of giving people some free time before each mission to get together and plan strategy, let's try to find a slot each weekend to host the missions.
Here are some options (all of which suit me). Feel free to suggest other options you think might work.
