Campaign restart - III stage

Finally we are almost ready to restart the engines. Now it's 1943 the 15th of september.

First of all I suggest any new player to subscribe the Axis o Allied PQ16 usergroup to get the special forum access.

Starting of III stage is actually predicted on Monday 20 May at 22:00.
Thursday missions start at 21:30.

Thank you to all players who were so patient.

Now the MP has been closed to let me set up new rules for campaign I have in mind.
I'll come back shortly with instructions for next Monday mission.

We tested the current campaign settings allows mission heavier than the server is able to host.

First of all we're going to restore the PQ16 original mod.
For some reason, the PQ16III mod seems to affect the cpu loading.

As I'd prefer to have 80 Players priority, we will split the campaign in two phases as we already did in the first stage.

First phase: The ships war
We are supposing all ground units not moving and fighting by their current position.

Not allowed
- ground movements not allowed
- ships fire hammering coasts not allowed
- any air to ground air attacks not allowed
- units transportations not allowed
- paratroopers operations not allowed
- any other similar operation I forget to put in this list

Allowed
- only strategic high level bombing (over 3000 mt) allowed only on industrial areas and airbases
- artillery barrage allowed
- fuel drops allowed
- propaganda drops allowed (in the limit of 1/sector during the whole campaign)

I hope this help to get playability
So in this first phase we have this kind of missions:
- naval attacks
- strategic bombings
- recons

If that will fail, we should reduce to 60 the amount of players allowed

Second phase:
Once the convoy will reach the coast, we unlock the ground war.
