Invisible Torpedo wake (stream)

We have a pair of pilots who doesn't see torpedo wakes/streams/contrails...
So they don't know when torpedo arms correctly or not...
any idea on how to fix it???

Probably best to reinstall or download a correct functioning game from someone.

the game has already been installed form scratch once without solving the problem...
before starting again all the re-install process i wanted to know if somebody had other ideas...

Have they checked their video settings in the config.ini
It might be their settings are so low that this is not shown. Just thinking outload here.
When all else fails, I still recommend downloading someone elses game which is working as it should.
You never know where the corruption might be...
But let's see if someone has a better idea...
