Bug: Changes to Campaign Settings not Reflected.

Campaign Settings are not saved until the application is closed.

In v3.1.4 all campaign settings for the current DB are saved whenever you switch to a different tab. E.g. turn on Axis Radio Silence in Flight Modes tab, then change to Generate/Manage tab and the settings will automatically be stored in the DB before the Generate/Manage tab is loaded.

Thanks Shades; Once we get this campaign finished, I'll upgrade. Don't want to add another variable to the mix right now.
